I just wanted to take a minute to write a note and express Mary’s and my thorough satisfaction and appreciation for the level of service we received from you.
As you recall, we were referred to you by friends who were also very impressed with your professionalism and courtesy. Your knowledge of the market conditions during our first meeting was invaluable to ensure properly pricing our property. We also found the extensive tips for preparing the home prior to the open house very helpful, and believe those tips are an important facet in why our home sold so quickly. It was truly amazing that we had multiple offers after just the first open house.
As can be expected, we very nervous about selling a home from out of state. But through the various stages of the sale you were always available for any questions and concerns. The assistance you provided with the various inspectors and your extensive knowledge of service providers was truly priceless. I don’t believe I have ever heard of a sales person giving up his own scheduled appointments on his personal residence (in this case the pool opening) for his client. You were even able to assist in getting the staging furniture removed prior to close.
Throughout the transaction you were there time and time again making certain everything went smoothly. The resources you recommended were all top notch while still being affordable. Your caring and communication kept us not only in the loop, but also feeling very confident. That confidence reduced our stress levels immensely giving us the opportunity to transition ourselves and our children into our new state.
In closing I want reiterate our deepest appreciations for your services. You went above and beyond the call of duty. It has been a pleasure working with you. "The purchase of our first and new home wouldn’t be complete without saying how wonderful of an experience it had been. I have thanked Sheldon many times however I am afraid that it is not enough for me and I want to do more. I need to “spread the word” about the wonderful experience we had buying our first home and for that, we need to thank Sheldon.
Sheldon was competent, thorough, mindful and attentive to our needs throughout. Being that this was our first home purchase we had done our fair share of research. We met with at least 7 real estate agents over the past 2 years in our search for a home and no one made us feel as confident and comfortable as Sheldon. No other real estate agent but Sheldon ever gave us honest feedback on our comments and put aside their own needs to try to sell a home and “close the deal”.
No other real estate agent but Sheldon responded to our emails or phone calls as quickly as he did. Sheldon not only made us feel comfortable about asking questions but was always quick to get us the answers or knew what to say to make us feel at ease.
No other real estate agent but Sheldon allowed us to feel at ease during a process that is usually tense and stressful. We not only knew that it would all work out but we knew it would be smooth. How many couples can go to sleep the night before their closing calmly? How many couples can go to sleep the night after their closing and actually say to each other “WOW what and fun day.”?
All of the above are characteristics of a true professional, of someone who not only has a passion for what they do but takes great pride in helping people. Never for a moment did we ever think Sheldon was putting his needs in front of our own and we always knew he had our best interests at hand.

"My family and I had the pleasure of working with Sheldon on the purchase of our new home. I found him on a search engine for Bergen County and saw his picture and thought he seemed pleasant and someone I could work with on one of the most important projects of my life. I contacted him and left him a message on a weekend and he responded back quickly, within minutes, which was greatly appreciated. I let him know what I was looking for because the make up of my family wasn't traditional. However he said no problem asked us of course the necessary preliminary questions about size, price, time frame and pre approval. With all that said and done we were off to the races to find our dream home. Sheldon and I spoke everyday about the houses he would send which ones I wanted to see. I was living in the Bronx and looking in New Jersey for a home and only could come out on Saturdays to view homes. So when I did go out on Saturdays I wanted to see multiple homes. Sheldon paid great attention to detail for us as in how long it would take to get to work from the new home, mapping out the High Schools and or Day care, checking the New Jersey transit system to see how long it would take to get to the City for work, local stores, supermarkets etc. It made my searches easier and I became more comfortable with his work ethic because I trusted him. We searched for several months and still no dream home, Sheldon never lost sight of my dream and continued in his quest. I had given him a time frame that I wanted to find a house by, or we would put it on hold for a year because my daughter would start High School that September and tuition was just about due and no refunds. On Saturday, July 8, 2006, we didn't have any homes scheduled to see that weekend I thought all was lost. Then Sheldon called and said I might have something you want to see I said ok I just happened to be in New Jersey visiting a friend he gave directions and we met about an hour later. While driving through my new town I fell in love with the neighborhood, the High School for my daughter was in walking distance, the bus to New York was also in walking distance. I approached the home and fell in Love. Expressed to Sheldon my joy on the last day of search, I made arrangements to see the house the next day with my family everyone was happy and we closed on my birthday August 31, 2006. Buying a home is a very tedious time consuming event, having a GREAT Realtor in your corner who knows what he is doing made it much easier to go through. I would recommend Sheldon to anyone selling or purchasing a home he was relentless never gave up on me. He didn’t just find us a house, he found us our new home !"

First let me start off by saying thank you, not only for helping us find the perfect home but for being a friend as well through this long journey. As you know buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful things in life but you made our stress levels diminish tremendously.
